This Privacy Policy explains how Baseline Academy Ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses your personal data when you contact us through our website or book a coaching course with us. We handle personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. What we collect

When you complete our enquiry form we collect: your name, email address, phone number, the course you are interested in and any message you send us. If you go on to book a course we may also collect information relevant to your participation (e.g. player age, playing level, or a guardian's contact details for minors).

2. Why we collect it

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange and manage your coaching sessions, take payment for confirmed bookings, and communicate with you about your course. We do not use your details for marketing unless you specifically opt in.

3. How we store it, and for how long

Enquiry data is stored in our secure email and booking systems. We retain enquiry records for up to 24 months from your last contact so we can follow up with you if needed. Booking and payment records are kept for at least 6 years in line with UK accounting requirements.

4. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only share it with service providers who help us operate the business (for example our email provider or payment processor), and where we are legally required to do so.

5. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses only the minimum cookies required for the site to function. We do not run advertising trackers. If we introduce analytics in future we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request that we correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, restrict or object to our processing of it, and request a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@baseline-academy.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
