These Terms of Service govern your use of the Baseline Academy Ltd website and any coaching services you book with us. By using our website or booking a course, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

We provide tennis coaching for juniors, adults and competitive players through group and private sessions. Descriptions of our courses are on our website; the specific details of your booking (dates, times, coach, venue) are confirmed with you directly by our team.

2. Bookings

Bookings are made on an enquiry basis. When you submit our enquiry form we respond to arrange a suitable programme. Your booking is only confirmed once we have acknowledged it in writing (email or SMS) and, where applicable, payment terms have been agreed. The website does not process instant online purchases.

3. Fitness to participate and safety

Tennis is a physical activity. By booking a course you confirm that the participant is medically fit to take part and will inform us of any relevant health conditions in advance. To the extent permitted by law, Baseline Academy Ltdis not liable for injury or loss arising from the ordinary risks of participating in sport.

4. Minors

Participants under 18 must be booked by a parent or legal guardian, who thereby consents to their participation and confirms responsibility for the child while off-court.

5. Code of conduct

We ask all participants (and accompanying adults) to treat coaches, staff and other players with respect, follow venue rules, and arrive with appropriate clothing and equipment. We reserve the right to end a session or booking without refund where behaviour is unsafe or abusive.

6. Website content

All content on this website — text, images, branding and layout — is owned by or licensed to Baseline Academy Ltd and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any course booking is limited to the fees paid for that booking.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
